Update!

I have been working out 4 out of 7 days the past two weeks now! I haven’t been up to date with my workout routine summary. Today I am going to run 3 miles. Tomorrow I am doing Yoga class in the evening :)

My workout summary

3 sets of 10 leg lifts

40 donkey kicks {?} on each leg

50 crunches

30 second plank

10 push ups

15 Squats

15 lunges

Getting back on track

I haven’t worked out for the past few weeks….it’s time to jump start this workout plan, and QUIT feelin’ so sluggish. SPRING is here! AND I am getting myself back on track! To kick start my new work out routine, I’ll be running 2 miles tonight, doing some core work outs, and leg work outs. And of course, eating healthy is another factor which will be taken into account. I’ll continue to snap pictures of my healthy diet, and track my weight loss. I’m doing the “breakfast streak” challenge from the Women’s Health Magazine.

Can’t wait to fit into my bikini :)
